What was your overall impression of my presentation?: Bill presents his experiences in sales and marketing in an approach that is very disarming yet engaging. He doesn't simply present material, but tells you an engaging story that teaches you his excellent ideas on how to market yourself and your products better than you ever have before. Hearing him speak, was a great experience - I recommend you take the opportunity to hear him out!!!
What was the most important take away for you?: The most important takeaway from "How to Sell a Lobster" is my need to creatively discover a need/want that exists in my target audience, and simply offer it to them in a simple, but beautiful package. I can't think of any ways to make it better, so I will compliment you on what I saw. 1. You are down to earth. you don't dress fancy and don't appear that you are trying to hard to look "professional" - this makes you disarming and relatable. 2. Your use of visual media was simple, elegant and yet thoroughly dynamic. There was no flashy screens with moving script or video. The images you had were simple, to the point - a stark contrast to the fast images in our modern media. Yet I think of the use of color, the two-toned brain with electrifying colors on a stark black background somehow moved me..... the photographer and graphic artists you use deserve every penny you paid them. 3. Your technique of telling us your story in pieces.... slowly... is often done by others - but they do it in painful manipulative ways. You somehow captivated my attention, my imagination, my dreams to become better... 4. Best of all - you told me the end of your story... for free.. which made me want to come back for more, to see if there is a truly deep well of knowledge and experience - rather than just one "hook" or gimmick. Well done!

What was your overall impression of my presentation?: Fantastic! Blew away my expectations! Fantastic take aways for my team! Very sales and customer service oriented.
What was the most important take away for you?: You have to be different in a good way. Blow away your customer! Offer a $1000 glass of scotch! It will stick out in the customers mind. You will be different than your competitors. Gives you something to talk about. You will occasionally sell that shot! Make more $$ and get known! Focus on making the customer feel special. Mr Customer do you want the basic or advanced program? They always go with advanced!

What was your overall impression of my presentation?: Engaging - I really enjoyed the comparison of Fast Food vs Gourmet. That was an effective way of demonstrating how we can take the same item/service and I need to spend some time creating my BIG IDEA with you. Thanks for offering your time, talent and of course treasure to everyone and me too.
What was the most important take away for you?: I was totally taken with the Gourmet vs Fast Food part of your talk. The same product packaged and promoted a bit differently can be worth millions.
